Megan Phillips

Megan is the owner of Phillips Law Group. She focuses on legal consulting services, family law, civil litigation, and representing healthcare workers and licensed professionals before state licensing boards. 

Megan has taught negotiation and mediation at the University of Wisconsin Law School since 2013. She is published in Forbes, The Verdict, and The Wisconsin Law Journal, and presents to legal professionals statewide.

In 2026, Megan was inducted as a Fellow of the Wisconsin Law Foundation — a distinction limited to 2.5% of the State Bar’s membership. She was selected to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list for the last three years, following eight consecutive years as a SuperLawyers Rising Star.

Megan earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with undergraduate degrees in Journalism and Psychology. Beyond her practice, she served six years on the Board of Directors for the Dane County Sexual Violence Resource Center and is an active member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin.
