Elizabeth McIntire
Liz is an associate at the firm, focusing on family law and licensing defense. She is actively connected with her community, volunteering with the Family Law Assistance Center and attending Dane County Bar Association and Wisconsin Bar Association Events.
Liz graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. During law school, she actively engaged in the Family Court Clinic and the Children's Justice Project, demonstrating a strong commitment to family and children's rights. She was also an enthusiastic member of the Pro Bono Society, contributing to community service and legal aid.
She is also a published author, with her article "Welcome to the World: Rethinking Children's Privacy Rights in the Age of Sharenting" featured in the Wisconsin Journal of Law, Gender, and Society. This publication highlights her expertise and interest in the intersection of law, technology, and children's rights.
Liz is originally from the West, growing up in Oregon, Colorado, and Idaho. Liz obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. Outside of her professional achievements, Liz is a devoted mother of two young children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and practicing yoga. Her passion for helping others is a central aspect of her personal and professional life, driving them to make a positive impact in her community.
